After pretty much all of us reblogging that beautiful piece of art with the fat arm pride concept. It just seems to me like it would be a really nice idea for this summer.

We could all congregate at and lay claim to a really nice spot in a really nice park in London and have a nice picnic together, ARMS OUT. Supporting each other and getting some sun to the arms in which we conduct the most passionate of love/hate relationships.

I asked my manager today and she said you guys can come in to the store ‘Yours’ and do some ‘OOTD’ shoots in the changing rooms and around the store. She said preferably a quiet time like a Sunday, but we have the nod of approval. Naturally it would be great if you could buy pieces as well, but just getting the clothes and the outfits you put together in view of others, It’s still great!!

It was FUCKING FANTASTIC being surround by fat women all day.

For those of you unsure of what I’m talking about, I’ve just started working in ‘Yours’ , a plus size fatshion shop. I’m too tired to write more in-depth, but it was a good day. And I really enjoyed talking about boobs, bums, rolls and giant calfs.

Again all fat babes in the London/Essex area, hit me up and come in to my store in Romford. I’ve told my manager about you girls and even though I can’t give you a friendly discount, I’m going to try and talk to my Manager about you girls coming in and putting together OOTD’s in the store. I think it would be great for business but also great for blogging. I’m very much aware that I’m running before I’m crawling there, I’m also aware I’m only a temp sales advisor and not head of marketing/advertising/social media integration/Mary Queen of Shops, BUT fuck it! Letting good ideas gather dust is creative purgatory.

I’ll be working part time in Yours Clothing. It’s only for 6 weeks, but I’m gonna fight and they’re not gonna want to let me go! Lol
I’d love my London/Essex Babes to come by on the times I’m working!! I can’t promise a discount as I’m only temporary staff, BUT, it would be awesome, and I’d serve you like no other.
I told the manager about you guys in my interview, I told her about the theories and feelings supporting the ‘Fuck Flattering’ movement, I told her about changing perceptions surrounding health and weight, I went IN on ‘Ootd pics’ and the psychology behind seeing other bodies that resemble your own, and so much more! If it wasn’t for you guys I might not of had that edge and the confidence to speak so strongly. So, thank you guys.

I’d like to generate more trade/interest in the store and I’m hoping some of you guys will come down and help me out in any way that you can. Even if you only buy a pair of tights, I’ll whisper sweet nothings into the fabric and you’ll feel my love and appreciation adorn your legs forever. 5ever!!

In other news…I’m wracked with anxiety and nervous anticipation. But I’ll get by with a little help from my friends…. LoL I jest. I’m just gonna drink heavily until my first shift lol

I need to stop being so stunned by people who utterly refuse to accept others are happy with their bodies, because they themselves fundamentally are not and may have never ever experienced that feeling.

It can be a stunning sound of hurt and confusion, that I myself am thrown off and second guess my ‘comfort level’. I think some of us (TeamTumblrBabeForce) have made that fundamental decision to turn our backs on that quiet violence of ‘hating’ our bodies, for a view of accepting that we wont feel ‘Beyonce’ everyday, but will sit back and know it alone in peace.

I’d defo go for hip size not waist. Because the tights shouldn’t stretch too much to then not sit nicely on your waist after getting past your thighs!

Not a bad price and no p+p which is just fabulous! Here’s hoping, I’m going to check and see if I have enough in the bank and order them. Eeek. Id’ get the 30-32 me thinks. My hips are officially 60”!! That’s like a small person lol x

Just bought another pair of possibly disappointing tights. They just couldn’t handle my thighs. The waist was huge, and since I don’t have much belly, but all the arse in the world, I could see how the top could of been ok…if they could of got past my thighs.
So I’m on the hunt again, I worry if I eventually find a size big enough, that it wont be small enough to hold on to my small waist.
My thighs are probably uk 28/32, hips/arse 32, waist 22….no joke.
Ok so for thighs that could bring down civilisations, do I need to focus on the ‘hip’ measurement when buying?

I also want to be able to walk in them and not do myself and/or others harm. Coz when I fall, I go down and take EVERYTHING my hands can reach with me. I HAVE to protect this face. I’m good on my feet and have great balance but the heels have to be Goldilocks perfect. How do you, my fellow fat babes, deal with heels?

I just want to look sexy and live =o(
